When selling your home, who wants their bottom line being reduced by hefty commissions? Kay August Realty Group, Dallas-Fort Worth’s, full-service 1.5% Listing Fee Realtor®, understands that money matters and provides buyers and sellers a way to keep money in their pockets. Kay August Realty Group low fee listings start at 2% depending on the sale price of your home can be as little as 1.5%. Real estate agents representing the Buyer(s) will always be paid their full commission.  All fees are deducted from the proceeds at closing.  There are not any upfront costs to the seller.

            Listing percentages we will charge if you list home:

  • $100,000 – $299,999 list for 2% ; 1.5% if you sell and then buy with us
  • $300,000 – $599,999 list for $1.5%;
  • $600,000 – $899,999 for flat fee 1.5%
  • $900,000 – $1,299,999 for flat fee $15,000;
  • $1,300,000 – $1,999,999 for flat fee $25,000-35,000 Depending on marketing efforts 

 

We charge 1.5% up to 2% total. No hidden fees or upfront costs.


 

BUYING A HOME

Up to 1.5% rebated at closing if viewing less than 6 homes 

  

Kay August Realty Group  offers buyers a unique, rebated, money-saving commission structure when purchasing a home. When buying a home, purchasers can save money in the following ways:


SHOP AT HOME FIRST

Kay August understands that technology has provided us with greater opportunities to shop for real estate listings online, visiting various websites featuring MLS listings. 

With this in mind, we have created a tiered commission schedule that will save you money by doing some of the legwork yourself. This is how it works for homes over $200,000:


ONE (1) –  THREE (3):  If we accompany you to 1 to 3 home showings during the time we represent you and you fall in love with one of the homes, we will rebate 1.5% of the total Buyer’s Agent commission back to you on the final settlement statement at closing.


FOUR (4) – SIX (6):  Sometimes it takes a little bit more time to find something you can’t live without, so if we don’t find the diamond in the rough within the first three showings, but we succeed by the sixth showing, we will rebate 1% of the total Buyer’s Agent commission back to you on the final settlement statement at closing.


MORE THAN SIX (6):  Rarely does this happen since we can eliminate so many houses by studying the online information, but if we end up showing you over six houses during the duration of the house hunting process, we will not rebate the commission.


Bottom line we put money in your pocket at closing. Money you can use for Closing  Cost, Down Payment or put in your pocket.
